7. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, or other applicable service charges, if any, will be displayed separately during the checkout process.

Hairvel accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to:

Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment gateways. Hairvel does not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or internet banking credentials.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, promotional offers, discounts, or payment options at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

8. Shipping and Delivery

Hairvel delivers products across serviceable locations in India through authorized logistics and courier partners.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier network availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery timelines provided on the Website are indicative only and should not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments.

For orders containing multiple products, Hairvel reserves the right to dispatch the products in separate shipments without any additional shipping charges to the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hairvel shall not be responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect contact numbers, or the customer's failure to accept delivery.

In rare circumstances where an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, Hairvel reserves the right to cancel the order and process the refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Hairvel reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, duplicate orders, or any other legitimate business reason. Where payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

No Return Policy

Hairvel products are cosmetic and personal care products intended for individual use. For reasons of hygiene, consumer safety, and quality assurance, all delivered products are non-returnable.

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use, and other relevant information before placing an order.

No Exchange Policy

Hairvel does not offer product exchanges after successful delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@hairvel.in along with your Order ID, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue.

After verification, Hairvel may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, issue a refund, or offer another suitable resolution.

Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for review.

12. Limitation of Liability
