At Hairvel, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Hairvel delivers products across most serviceable locations in India through our authorized courier and logistics partners.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation or order verification.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner availability, public holidays, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Hairvel offers international shipping to selected countries through registered international courier partners, subject to service availability.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges shall be borne solely by the customer.

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier partner operations.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate and complete.

Hairvel shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

For operational reasons, orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately. In such cases, customers may receive their order in multiple shipments without any additional shipping charges.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to respond to the courier partner after reasonable delivery attempts, the courier partner may initiate a return of the shipment to Hairvel.

Once the courier partner officially initiates the return (RTO), any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable non-refundable service charges will not be refunded.

Hairvel reserves the right to restrict or decline future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders from customers who repeatedly refuse or fail to accept deliveries.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier partner operational delays

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

  • Force majeure events

Hairvel is responsible for handing over your order to our authorized courier partner within the applicable dispatch timeline. Once the shipment has been handed over, the actual delivery timeline is governed by the courier partner's operational network.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Confirmation

An order shall be considered successfully delivered when it has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and marked as delivered by the authorized courier partner.
