Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Hairvel, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. As our products are cosmetic and personal care items intended for individual use, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any Hairvel products once they have been delivered.

This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and quality assurance requirements applicable to personal care products.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, ingredients, usage instructions, and other product information available on our website before completing their purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges after delivery.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit,

Defective,

Leaking,

Incorrectly delivered, or

Missing from your order,

please notify our Customer Support Team within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order by emailing support@hairvel.in.

Please include:

Order ID

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the outer packaging (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

After verification, Hairvel may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the affected product;

Shipment of any missing product;

Refund to the original payment method; or

Any other appropriate resolution deemed suitable.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for products once they have been successfully delivered, except in cases where Hairvel determines that a refund is appropriate due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undeliverable order.

Where a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
